All products and services provided by Dirlify are digital and delivered instantly after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

All payments are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and access to the platform is granted.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as technical issues that prevent access to the service, and only at the discretion of the service provider.
